At this time, we ship exclusively with UPS*. All orders will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping and Handling charges are TBD when placing orders, and your original order confirmation email will not have Shipping and Handling charges added. We calculate Shipping and Handling charges only after we package, weigh, and measure your order as shipping charges are based on your location along with the size, weight, and value of the final package.
UPS NOTICE for Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
The shipping address and the billing address MUST match.
We accept returns and exchanges on brand new, never installed parts within 14 days of purchase. All returns on special order parts (parts we do not keep in stock) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical parts and special tools are non-returnable (unless approved by us first). Freight is non-refundable (unless we are responsible for the mistake). You have 48 hours from the time the package is delivered/signed for to notify us of any damaged or missing parts. No returns are accepted on parts that are installed on your vehicle...no exceptions.
To process a return/exchange write your order number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip. Ship the parts back to us at:

All returned parts MUST have the original OEM label, packing material and box they came in. No returns will be accepted without these. We will also not accept a return if the part arrives damaged. We will inspect each return and issue the credit to your credit card once the part or parts are deemed available for resale. If the parts do not meet the criteria above, we will ship the parts back to you at your expense. We encourage you to email us the tracking # of the return so we can monitor its arrival. We strongly recommend you insure your return package to its full value to protect against shipping damages. For an exchange, we'll charge your credit card for the new part and ship immediately, and issue you a credit on the part being returned when we receive it. The online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not always reflect the accuracy, pricing, availability or stocking status of parts. Although the majority of the data in the catalog is correct, there can be discrepancies in part numbers, part descriptions, and pricing due to monthly manufacturer updates and data available. We reserve the right to make changes to part numbers and pricing depending on manufacturer data. Some items have very little, if any mark-up (upholstery parts, nav discs, special tools, etc), and discounting would result in selling below our cost. In these situations, price changes will require customer approval. We'll update the status of your order with a comment explaining the price change. You'll have to log into your account and 'approve' or 'not approve' this change in order for us to proceed with your order.
Always include your VIN number when ordering parts or accessories. We take no responsibility for incorrect parts if a vin number is not included with your order. Be sure to let us know if you would like our factory trained parts advisers to double check the accuracy of your order with your VIN. Please include a note in the customer comments section when ordering for multiple vehicles when one VIN number is provided. If you are putting something on your vehicle that doesn't originally come on it, not this in the comments section, as well.
An important item to note when ordering parts is: Driver's side is "left" and Passenger's side is "right"!
